This is a picture of some papers that I got to mail off yesterday to get us truly started on our journey. We filled out our application for our homestudy for Mary Kendall which was forever long and we had to find a bunch of certified documents and have papers notarized. We mailed off another application for Holt International with tax papers and pictures, and we sent off our I-600A papers for immigration with a big check. The process has began and we are so excitied. I just sit and imagine if our baby is conceived yet or when that will happen. We are going through the Waiting Child program with Korea and this could take up to 1 year or a little over at the most. Some cases it takes a little longer but we don't care. We know God has our little girl out there and we can't wait until the day we get to hold her. I pray for her birthmother everyday and that she is being careful and taking care of her as she grows in her belly. It is crazy how much you already love someone that you haven't even seen before. That is awesome! I didn't realize you all had chosen to go internationally. It's amazing how the Lord steers us in the right direction.

I am so excited and happy for you. I'm sorry I won't be there at Holiday to watch your adoption journey. I'm glad you're doing a blog. Now, I can keep up there. You're in my prayers that the process it go quickly, and that your new little one will be in your arms before you know it. Congratulations on getting your paperwork off.
