Celebration DAY...no not a referral but still good!!

I have been working on this for about 2 years.... and..... today I finished up my Master's Degree!!! I have a Master's in Environmental Education. Well that really just means I teach in the classroom and I know a little bit more about bringing the outdoors into my classroom. I am soooooo excitied it is finished and will be even happier in August when I get my pay raise. Celebrate with me!!!! Leave a comment about a praise you had this week or sometime this month. I want to hear all of your good news.

I know there are people out there reading my blog but you have become lazy and don't leave comments anymore. hee hee So....now you have to share a praise God has done. I can't wait to read them.

Keep praying a lot of referrals are going out. I have to get mine (I mean ours) sometime......right??????? Love ya'll, Rhea Anne

Lots going on... and picture update. :)

First of all it has been a busy week or so since I have posted. I thought I would share a few pictures that brightened my day. I am so ready for Summer and praying that April is our month only a few more days so hope it comes soon. There are so many sweet angels coming home this month and friends getting referrals. It is so exciting. I am thrilled for them all and hope one day very soon it will be our turn. Check out their blogs on the side and see their beautiful babies. ( Candice, Tina, Erin, and Rachel... Congratulations to you all. Your sweet babies are a blessings and I know you all are so proud of them.)

So here is what has been going on with the Wyatt's -Lowe's Day....Jiles, Jeremy, I headed to Lowe's' to build a glider. It was so much fun. They have this every 2 weeks and we plan to attend more. You get a smock, eye glasses, badge, and a cool project to make with your Dad or Mom. Jiles loved it and can't wait to go back. Check out the cute pics I got of Daddy and Jiles doing some male bonding.

You got it Jiles...Nice and easy with that hammer. He was so proud of himself and so were we!!!

Smile...Doesn't he look so cute in those protective glasses? hee hee

Next is the Adoption Mission Picnic for Gods' Heart-Our Hands Adoption Ministry. We had a great time getting to know each other. We didn't have a huge turn out but it was worth it just because we got a new family involved by advertising about the social. Yes... God is working!!! The kids had fun and we had a blast chatting with each other about our journeys or plans for one in the future. Jeremy had to be working on his Lab so he couldn't be there. :( But we are SUPER excited about his business opening up in about 3 weeks. OH MY!!!

Having fun...sliding down the slides!!! WEEEEEEEE!!!
R-Family photo!!! Too cute!!

Jiles and I having a great time at the park. Can't wait until baby Lennon is there with us.

New family coming to enjoy the fun and getting to know our group. So glad they got to come. :)

R-Family (2 sweet babies from Russia) We had a great time together and hope to have another social soon. So many couldn't come because of games, moving, or prior obligations, but it was a great first gatherings. It was a beautiful day to be at the park hanging out with friends that love the Lord and adoption.

Lastly... Jiles at the Spring play at church. Noah's Ark-It was great!! They did a great job and I so appreciate all the adults that help out to make this such a great success. Jiles loves doing it and so do all the other children. It is so sweet hearing those voices sing about our Father's love.

I so pray that you all have a great week. We have another fun filled week ahead. First, baseball game tomorrow!!! YEAH!!! I hope it doesn't rain. Praying for tomorrow... maybe it will be our day!!! Please pray with me for our Lennon to show her pretty face very soon.
Much love, Rhea Anne

AMAZING night!!!!

OK......... so I forgot to take pictures but the Gold Party was a huge success. I hate that I don't have any pics to show you but I guess I was too busy running around trying to help others get there food, drinks, and just chat it up with good friends and family.

I first want to thank a few friends that went out of their way to make our Gold party a success. Lesa made the cutest cards for some of my door prizes. Lesa they were great-thank you so much. My friend Holly made so much food and goodies for the party. Thank you so much. The food was yummy and everyone ate it up. I couldn't have done it with out you Holly. Another friend Ellen brought ice and Lemonade just to help out as well. My mom made brownies that were the BOMB!!! It was so humbling having so much support and help from you guys.

We had about 35 people or so show up and it was WONDERFUL!!! They ate, made some CASH and had fun chatting. I had friends from school, church, family, and the neighborhood stop by to help us bring our little girl home. THANK you all!!!

After the night closed we got our money from the Green Gold company-15% and it was nice piece of cash but the best part is so many of you gave donations to our baby girl and some even gave all the cash they got from their gold. I can't tell you how this makes me feel. I am so honored for you to think so much of our little girl that you don't even know yet and help bring her home. I love you all so much. At the end of the night with all the donations, 15%, and my gold money we got over $2500.00!!!!!!!! WOW-Can you believe that?????? WE are super excited. This will go in our savings with some other cash so that when we get the CALL we can put that with our check we will need to write to Holt to get our baby girl home. This is a huge start to getting her home.

God is showing me that if I trust in him he will provide. I am going to do another yard sale in May or June. I need to get rid of some stuff and hope to get a little more cash to go towards our adoption as well. God is good and so are all of you-my friends, my family, my sisters in Christ.

I love you all so much and am so honored to call you Sisters. Thank you (with tears in my eyes) for making this night special and memorable for us. Lennon will know how much you loved her-I will tell her all the time. She was loved so much by so many even before we knew who she was.

Many Blessings to you all, Rhea Anne

Picture Update....Loads of fun!!!

Okay.... Here we go!!! First let's start off with Easter. What a wonderful day for us Christians to be able to celebrate our RISEN SAVIOR!!!! Oh how I love Jesus and what he did for you and for me. We had a wonderful day at church celebrating and then a great time with family at my parents house, but I forgot my camera. Sorry missed out on those. But here are a bunch of special times this past week. We were on Spring Break as well and took what Jiles called a "vacation"... one night at a hotel and then to the Nashville Zoo. We did have a great time...despite the tornado warnings for about an hour. Enjoy the pictures.

Jiles opening up his presents from the Easter Bunny. He got some good stuff for his Nintendo DS, candy, and a $2.00 bill. He loved it!!!

Painting Easter eggs... can't wait until Lennon is with us next year.

This year we had a neighborhood Easter egg hunt and it was so much fun. We hid eggs in our yard and then went down 3 of the streets participating collecting eggs and chatting with neighbors. There was about 20 or more houses participating and Jiles collected TONS of eggs. We had refreshments at the couples house that got this together. It was so wonderful getting to talk to our neighbors that we just don't get to see very often. Thanks Westerfield's for getting this together.

Many people walking around looking for eggs.

One neighbor had their bunny out for all the kids to see and hold. Jiles thought he was soooo cute!!!

Tammy and Brady got to come and hunt eggs with us. So glad you guys came!! She just found out they are expecting a girl. Congrats!!!

Here we are at the zoo. The kiddos acting silly. We went with the Glovers and had a blast. They brought their two children Taylor and Matthew and Veronica is a friend of Taylor. Everyone had a playmate. They all had fun!!!

In the bamboo... we look like we are in jail. hee hee :)
Jiles was tired and Daddy said he was hurting his back. This was their solution. Too funny.

Having fun looking at the neat animals.
Daddy and Jiles in the Reptile building. We stayed there about an hour and ate lunch while we waited for the storm to pass. Then we went back out and only about 10 families were there for the rest of day. It was cool, quite, and the animals were all out ready to go. It was amazing time to be at the zoo... who knew... tornado warning and then have a great time at the zoo. Kinda weird. We were blessed not to get the worst part of the storm. My heart and prayers go out to families that did get damage from this storm.

Sabrina having the bird come get her dollar and then bring it back. This was neat. Jiles thought Spike was the coolest bird ever.
SMILE!!!

The monkeys are my favorite and they were wild that day. Especially before the storm. I think they were saying "Go take shelter you silly humans!!!!"

Swimming at the hotel. They loved it and had so much fun.

Hey Taylor!!! Smile Veronica!!!

The boys in the hot tub. They thought they were grown men. hee hee :)

The whole gang!!! Love you all!!!

The Wyatt's.... can't wait to be the family of 4.

The Glovers - Joshua +Veronica. Joshua was to young to come this time. We did miss you buddy.

We did have a great time over the last few days. We are so grateful for good friends and great times to remember as a family. Friday is our Gold party. Pray for a big turn out and huge success for God's glory. I know so many people are so excited about helping us out and that is soooo amazing. God is good!!! Have a great Wednesday....hope today is the day to get our call. I pray April is our month. Please join with us in prayer for our Lennon to show her face.
Many Blessings for this week to you,

CAN I SAY I am TIRED of WAITING!!!!!!

Ok... sorry guys but I just had to vent today. I am sooooo sad right now just waiting and wanting to hear something GOOD about our adoption. I really want our referral to come soon. There are families that are getting their referrals that our behind us in waiting. (I promise-I am VERY happy for them but I am ready to get ours as well.) With the WC program it is all about what we put on our form that we would accept and we just haven't had the right little girl to come our way. I know she is out there and ready to come home. I can't wait to hear about her, see her, look into her eyes, and just tell everyone....... Here She Is!!! My Lennon is here and I can't wait to get her home with us. I want to wrap my arms around her, sing in her ears, and tell her I much I have longed to kiss her. I have been praying for this sweet angel for a long time. I just have to be faithful and know my God has this all under control.

OK.................... I feel better thanks for letting me talk it out. Song for today is Be Glorified in Me. Love this song and I do pray that everyday I can be GLORIFIED in him and show his love to everyone that sees me or hears my voice.

Blessings to you all.... keep those prayers coming.-I hope April is our month, Love-Rhea and her boys (Jeremy and Jiles)
