Oh My our God is soooo Good!!!

I added a few random pictures in this post. Had to add some pics. Isn't this baby so cute. Can't wait to see Lennon's sweet face.

Guys.... I just have to tell you that I have been on a long weekend to Tres Dias. I don't know if any of you have heard about this retreat or not but it is 3 days of worshiping at the feet of Jesus. God showed up and we praised Him. It was powerful, amazing, and unforgettable. I have a new and deeper love for my Lord. If you ever get the chance to go.... GO!!!

My men!!!!- I love you both so much!!!
Update: I am so sorry that I have not been posting lately but I am just swamped with school, my master's class, home, church, and it is just hard to make time. I did want to share with you all about Jeremy's business. We painted the building and we are waiting for the floors to get finished. He is starting to order supplies and he should be in it in the next month or so. Please be in prayer!!!! We are excited about it and know it is in God's will but change is always difficult and a little scary.
Adoption: Well... a friend that I have met through Mary Kendall and is using Holt as well just got her referral this past week. I am so excited for her and her family. She is actually 2 months behind me but when using the WC list you really don't know when you will get the call. I know ours is coming soon. I feel it will be in April.

Always loved this pic of Jiles and me!!! He is such a sweet heart!

God moment: Well... to end the post I had to tell you of these two amazing God moments I had this weekend and on Monday. I went to Tres Dias like I said before and they first sat me at the table of Sarah and that was great because me and Sarah have had many times together reading about her life. Then when they started reading letters from around the world of fellow believers praying for our weekend... two letters were from Korea. How neat!!! Then on Monday after God just keeps giving me confirmation of our journey, I get a phone call from church. The secretary said we had a letter there from a someone that said: To: Jeremy,Rhea, and Jiles-please see that they get this. I of course told her to open it. She said, "Oh my!!" and I said "What". She said there is money in here. "What", I said. "Yes" and a note. The note reads..... To Help Bring Your Daughter Home. With Love, ....... Can you believe that. I cried on the phone and hung up and praised our Lord. It was from a someone that loves our Lord and has a heart to help bring our daughter home and I am forever grateful. God is so good!!!

Well keep looking for that Gold!!! I hope our gold party is a huge success. If you want to drop it off and put it in a bag, I can get your money to you after the party.

Have a blessed week, 3 day until Spring Break!!!!

We Are BACK... Catch up (Post 1)

A Night of Seoul....

Let me start off this post with how blessed we are that God has surrounded us with hints of South Korea everywhere we turn. I don't know if my eyes are just open to it now or what but when I least expect it Korea will be right in front of me. This year alone we have had 2 South Korean substitutes in our building and we have never had Asian subs before. Some might say that is just a coincidence but I know it is my Lord saying "Be patient you are on the right track, I am here and have it all under control." I can't wait to hold my piece of Seoul one day but until then I am loving how God is allowing me to meet new friends to share with me and my family the cultures, traditions, and heritage of our babies birthplace.

Let me begin with our night. I have became friends with Gill (pictured below) at school talking about Korea and her family and learning as much as I could when I saw her there. We talked about getting together and sharing pictures and stories. She ended up subbing for my team teacher for 3 days and I asked her and her husband to j0in us for dinner. We had the best time. Gill and her husband met in Korea and have only been in the states about 2 years. She misses her family and Korea so much. I got to learn about the traditions of Korea for New Year's and about her family. We talked so much about God and about how Christianity is just as popular than Buddhism now in South Korea... praise the Lord his message is getting out. She was raised in a Christian home and ever since we started the adoption process I have been praying for Lennon's foster mom and birth mom for them to either know the Lord or someone to come into their life to share the gospel. I am so hopeful now that her foster mom could be a Sister in Christ as well... please pray with me about this. This brings so much comfort to me. I pray that Lennon's foster mom is praying sweet prayers over her every night.

This night of Seoul is just what I needed. We talked, looked at the beautiful pictures of Korea, and ate a bunch. We actually had Spaghetti, salad, and dessert, but Gill brought us a few Korean samples to try. I was brave and tried the rice cakes but the other stuff not quite yet. I feel so blessed that God allowed Gill and I to meet. She is not only a friend but a sister in Christ and we get to talk about our walk and our faith in the Lord. I ask you to pray for my friend Gill and her husband Greg because he got laid off a few weeks ago and he is looking for a job. We know our God is good, so please pray for him to be able to find work soon. She is also looking for a teaching job because she was a teacher for several years in Korea. We have that in common also....so neat. I can't wait for Lennon to meet her and we are going to learn the Korean language together when she gets here. Gill is going to teach us or should I say TRY and teach me. I just wanted to share my night of "Seoul" with you all. Thanks Gill and Greg for a night to remember.

Isn't she just the most beautiful thing ever? (And just as sweet)

Gill and Jeremy talking and chatting about life in Korea.

Looking at pictures from Korea and listening to stories from both about their life there. It was AMAZING. I want to go there some day with Lennon.
Greg and Gill-So grateful we have met them.
I have so much more to tell about our adventures the past few weeks but I will take one story at a time. Our computer is back and hopefully fixed for the last time. Have a great Sunday....Today's my mother's birthday and we had a lunch to celebrate her 57 years. I will post more on her this week. Happy Birthday Mom... I love you so much and am so thankful for your walk with the Lord because I learned so much through it.
Many Blessings, **** Praying for the Johnson family to hopefully get their new referral this week. Check out her blog www.weloveourlucy.blogspot.com. ****

So Cute!!!

After going to a new blog friends site I saw that she is doing a giveaway for her adoption. Hop over there and check it out. She has some great stuff.
I noticed this one item babybeblessed dolls and I just had to head on over to the site. Well it is just the best thing ever. She makes the cutest dolls with scripture on their belly and they can look just like your sweet angel. She even gives donations for the month to one sweet angel in need. Check it out and if you have time place an order. You will make one little girl very happy. I can't wait to order Lennon one. I will love having a little girl-can't your tell. www.babybeblesseddolls.com
Also I wanted to add a scripture today since I am a day late on my Scripture Sunday. I guess everyday is a good day for His word.
"Let your light shine" Matthew 5:16
Sweet and simple but has so much meaning. Somedays it is not that simple to do. I hope today and everyday my family, friends, co-workers, and students can see God's light shining through me. Lord- let me be your lamp for the world to see.
I hope you have a great week and check out those 2 blogs. They are awesome!!!
Blessings, Rhea Anne
