Well, what can I say it has been forever since I have written. The Internet was down for a few days and I just have been busy, what can I say. A lot has gone on in the Wyatt household and I will try and catch everyone up.
Father's Day Cookout:
We had a father's day cookout at our house and it was so much fun. The kids played in the sprinklers, kiddy pool, and then caught lighten bugs and went on a wildlife adventure. Boy, did we find a lot of neat things. They loved it and had flashlights out looking for all kinds of bugs, leaves, and even found some peaches and raspberries. Jiles and Katie loved it. Macy our neighborhood friend came over for the fun as well.
I first want to start of with saying how blessed I am for having a great Christian father that raised me up with a solid foundation. He loves the Lord and serves him well. I really don't know what I would do without him or his support for our family. I love you Dad!!!
Jeremy: AKA the best Daddy around:
Jeremy is the best and kindest dad to Jiles. He loves playing with him and teaching him things. He reads books to him, gives baths, and just loves spending time with him. We got him a ice cream cake from DQ for Father's Day because that is what he wanted. I know it sounds silly but my honey loves ice cream cakes. He loved it and ate almost all of it the first day. A couple of days ago we decided because we have such a great dad here at our house we would have a Daddy's day #2 and we did just that. Jiles and I cleaned the house and cooked a big meal to surprise him. We had baked fish, shrimp cocktails, baked potatoes, green beans and desert. We set the table with the our finest dinnerware, glasses, candles and even had music. Jiles made him a card and told him that he was so good he deserved two special days. Jeremy was so surprised and loved it. So now some of my friends are going to do the same. If you want to copy go ahead it is so worth it. Then Jiles asked when is it Kid's Day-we said everyday is your day Bud.
This the adventure-all dressed up and ready to find amazing things outside in the wilderness. -What fun!!!
Adoption Update: We have been struggling with what God's will is for us. We thought about fertility again, Korea-which we would love, or keep with domestic. We know God will open and close doors and it seems that that is what is happening with some areas. Please pray for us and what we should do. Please specifically pray for Jeremy because he seems to be having the most difficult time with knowing what we should do. I just know I want to hold another baby and give Jiles a sibling to grow up with. God is good and he will provide. I have the FAITH!!
Many blessings for you all this week, rw
