Lennon's Gotcha Day Video

Be sure your volume is on.

(Go to the bottom and pause my music player, so that you can hear the video without music from my blog playing.)

My Blog friends.... this will be my last post for a while. I am so grateful to have met so many wonderful Christian friends from this adventure. I do pray that your families are richly blessed. I will try to post a few times a year to keep you all updated and will try to keep up with your blogs as well. Please facebook me so I can keep up with you that way. I am so grateful to have our bundle of joy here and our family does feel complete. But who knows maybe we will adopt again one day....if so I will make sure I start up the ol'blog again. Many blessings to you and your family. Enjoy our "Gotcha Video" and thank you Ellen for making it for our family. We will cherish it forever. Grap a tissue it is a tear jearker.

Happy Birthday My Sweet Angel....Lennon's Korean Tol Party.

Happy Birthday My Sweet Angel. We love you so much. 11-19-2009

Lennon and her table. We had Korean food, decorations, and pictures of her on the table. She looked beautiful.

Our Korean Princess.

The family in our hanboks. Jeremy didn't have one but Jiles and I did. They were so pretty.

Me and my girl. We are so blessed.

My babies. Jiles is such a good big brother. He loved wearing his hanbok.

Lennon's godmother Gill and my friend. She helped plan the party and is such a blessing to our family. God sent her and Greg to us they are like family.

Gill and I...looking good in our hanboks.

My brother Brian and Lennon. She has come such a long way. She lets men hold her now. She is starting to feel very comfortable and secure. We are happy about that. :)

Lennon had her table to choose from to pick her destiny. She had a book and pencil-smart/education, lipstick-beauty, money purse-wealth, play knife-strength, and spool of thread-long and healthy life. She picked........spool of thread. Long and healthy life. Perfect.

My mom and Lennon.

Gill had a lady at her church make this cake. It has both flags and says Tol party in Korean. It was so yummy also. Thanks Gill.

Her cupcakes. It is Lennon's face. Loved it.

Here we go. Time to eat our cake. It was sooooo good. She ate it up.

She knows how to do it. I really don't think she got much in her mouth though. She loved to play in it and I let her. It was MESS.

And finally this is the best present we got. Cousin Sammy saved his old Halloween costume just for Lennon he said. She loved it and keep it on for a long time. She thought she was so big and bad. We are so blessed to have this sweet angel in our life and a wonderful big brother Jiles as well. God has given us so much and we give him all the glory. I had so much fun honoring Lennon's heritage. Korea is such a beautiful culture. Stay turned for her "Gotcha" video. It is so wonderful. I can't wait to share it with you all.
Many Blessings,
Rhea, Jeremy, Jiles, and Lennon

Yes...we are still ALIVE-huge catch up!!!!!

Hey Everyone,

I do hope you all are doing well and I am so sorry that I haven't blogged in like 2 months. We have been so busy and with me going back to work it is nearly impossible to do anything extra on the computer and now our computer is DEAD!!! I will be posting for Lennon 1 year birthday and then her Tol party but after that I will be done. It is bitter-sweet. I loved this blog and all of you that I have met on here. I loved reading about your journeys and how God has seen you through. I have cried and laughed with so many of you. I am so grateful for you all that have prayed for us during this Journey to Lennon. I will post our "Gotcha Day Video" as soon as it is done. It is going to be good. I do love you all and if you want to e-mail me jeremywyatt3@yahoo.com or send me a friend request on facebook I would love to keep in contact with you and your family. I will keep my account active if I get to come back to it this Summer....or who knows maybe I will be able to stay at home next year instead of working.

As far as Lennon goes... she is almost 1. Can you believe that? She is walking and into EVERYTHING. She is saying mama, dada, bubba, dog, thank you, and bye-bye. She is so smart and such a spit fire. She has a Korean temper I say and my friend Gill (from Korea) says "Yes... Hot and Spicy". So true.

Here is a few pics of the last two months. Enjoy and we love you all, The Wyatt's

Happy 10 months Lennon!!!

Our baby girl is 10 months old!!! Can you believe in two short months she will be 1. Oh my how times flies when your baby is home. For this special day ( Semptember 19th) I thought I would blog 10 things we love about our baby girl.
1. We love how she smiles and laughs out loud at us, especially her brother.

2. When you pick her up she pats your back just like Momma pats hers. So sweet.

3. The way she loves exploring her world. She is into everything and wants to be put down to go around the house getting into trouble.

4. How she looks at us and smiles when we say "no". I don't know what "no" sounds like in Korean but she sure thinks it is funny. She actually listened to it yesterday and obeyed....we are getting some where. Thank goodness.

5. I love all that beautiful hair. Fixing it is so much fun.

6. I love her almond shaped eyes and when she smiles they are gone. She has just a little slit to look threw. So cute.

7. I love how you cry for Me when I leave the room. Even though some times I have to go and wash bottles or something and it is hard for me to hear. It breaks my heart hearing her cry.

8. I love that you will eat anything........she loves food. Some of her favorite foods are cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes of any sort, bananas, green beans, and baked beans. She loves food.
9. We love that you make our family complete and that you have made others want to adopt to give other children a forever family.

10. Lastly but not least, she has made a connection with a sweet lady in Korea just right before she came home. She was an adult adoptee and she was over in Korea on a visit. She met Lennon and made a huge connection. We keep in touch through facebook and she has been reading our blog. Since then she has stared rekindling her love for Christ again and trying to build that relationship with our Savior. Isn't that amazing???? God has big plans for our Lennon and Jiles and we can't wait to see their life unfold.
Just like Jiles, Lennon is a huge blessing and we wanted to wish her a happy 10 months sweet girl. We love you to the moon and back,
Momma, Daddy, and Bubba Jiles

Katherine H's baby...don't they look alike???

Don't they look so much alike???? The are only about 4 days apart. I believe Katherine's baby girl just got home this week. Call me anytime Katherine and I we can chat. We need to get the girls together for a play date. Your house. :) Seriously, I am happy for this precious family. I pray their baby Naleigh transitions and bonds well.
Lennon has been home for 5 weeks now and is doing so well. We have bonded well to daddy now and loves big brother to death. She is not the fondest of her papaw but today guess what....she said it "papaw". Plain as day....I guess if he can't hold her without her yelling at least she says his name in the cutest voice ever. The picture above is our paster holding Lennon the day after she came home. He prayed over her and she loved on him for a few minutes. He told me to take a pic to show papaw...they like to kid each other but I still haven't shown him. Don't want to hurt ol'papaw's feelings. I only have one more week at home so please pray for smooth transitioning for both of us. I am sorry I haven't blogged much but we are just having to much fun together. Many blessings for you all,
Rhea Anne

Sitting pretty on the couch at the farm. We were there over the Labor day weekend. This is taken early one morning. Rise and Shine.

Our daredevil. I love the water. This is the frog slide at the YMCA. Jiles passed his swim test this day as well. Go Jiles you are such a big boy and can swim in the 10 ft all by your self now. That makes me nervous.

Short and Sweet

****Mute the music at the bottom first.****

This is an adorable video of Jiles making his little sister laugh. They love each other so much, and Lennon thinks Jiles hung the moon. Sorry for the delay on the post. I have been so busy with baseball, people sick at the house, and just life. I do have some great pics to post if I ever find time with 2 kids. I don't see how anyone with more has anytime to themselves. I guess that is why I am up until 12 trying to do this stuff.

On a Uplifting side note: Lennon let her Daddy give her a bath, feed her, give her a bottle, and put her to sleep tonight!!! We are making progress of Lennon trusting and loving her Daddy. Thank you Lord! Daddy was on cloud 9.

Hoping to post more tomorrow of Jiles and his baseball career and of our sweet Lennon. Have a great night. Rhea Anne
